The Value
-
Save time and money while freeing up resources
- The Capture360 team provides ongoing collection, verification, and analysis of data and translates it into actionable information that your capture team can integrate into its capture effort.
- On average, Capture360 work saves clients more than 600 hours of data collection and analysis effort per program covered. This translates to approximately $45,000 in labor per opportunity.
-
Maximize your capture team’s time
- Capture360 support frees up resources. The savings from our analysis can be realigned to focus on other critical capture responsibilities, such as strategic positioning, win theme development, value proposition development, and solution development.
-
Multiply your sources of intelligence
- Capture360 analysts speak with the government PMs, contracting officers, and users to clarify customer pain points and define the message customers want delivered to potential industry partners. We then pass that information on to our clients.
-
Strengthen the assumptions underlying your bid
- The information delivered in Capture360 reports provides an unbiased, 3rd party perspective on customer needs and can be useful in either validating or challenging the assumptions underlying your company’s bidding strategy and positioning.
-
Support your Bid/No Bid decision
- Capture360’s Pursuit Advisor (PA) reports provide early stage information on the opportunity, including preliminary spending, customer background, and opportunity analyses. The PA format permits easy digestion to help clients determine if the continued investment of B&P dollars to pursue and capture the opportunity is worthwhile.

-
See the whole picture
- Capture360’s Capture Intelligence (CI) Reports provide deeper analysis of data and insight on opportunities derived from dialogue with government and industry. CI Reports also survey the competitive landscape, focusing particularly on the potential competitive position of incumbent team subcontractors in comparison to their primes. CI Reports do not provide competitive intelligence profiles, but they do provide an overview of the potential players and the work being performed by those players.
